Day 01 | Arrival Nairobi, Kenya On this arrival day you will be met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi by our Representative who will take to your hotel within the City for your first night, with pre-safari briefing on your way and arrival at the hotel. You will then be left to relax at your hotel. Overnight at The Sarova Staley Hotel. Booked on Bed and Breakfast. Day 02 | Masai Mara Breakfast at the hotel then you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for your morning flight to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will be met at the Airstrip in Masai Mara on arrival by your safari guide who will be your private guide for the Kenyan side. He will help oad your luggage in a waiting 4×4 safari jeep and you will head to the lodge / camp for lunch with game viewing on the way. After lunch we go for an afternoon game drive then check in back at the lodge/ camp for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Sand River Masai Mara Camp. All meals included. Day 03 – 05 | Full day Masai Mara During these days you can go for a sunrise game drive if you wish to spot some nocturnal animals as they retire back to their hiding after a night out of hunting or simply have a relaxed breakfast in the morning at your own pace. You will then head out for a full day of game drives after breakfast with Picnic lunch included or with a lunch break at the camp for  hot unch and some rest. Day 06 | Masai Mara – Isebania Border – Serengeti After an early breakfast, check out and head to Isebania Border for Tanzanian visas. Cross over to Tanzania, where our guide takes over (Note: 4×4 safari jeeps change at the border). Drive through Nyamongo Village and Mugumu to enter Serengeti National Park via Fort Ikoma gate in the afternoon. Explore Northern Serengeti with sunset game drives around Kogatende and Mara River. Day 07 | Northern Serengeti If you wish you can do an early morning game drive then after breakfast leave the lodge/ camp with lunch boxes and spend the full day in the endless plains of Serengeti ; the largest National Park in Tanzania. Day 08 – 09 | Safari in Central Serengeti National Park After a leisurely breakfast at your camp ou will check out from your camp in Kogatende, Northern Serengeti and cross through the Eastern Serengeti with game drives on your way towards Central Serengeti. On these days too you can decide to do only the morning and sunset game drives with mid day break at your lodge for hot lunch and relaxtion. Day 10 | Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area Breakfast at the camp then you will check out for one last game drive at the Central Serengeti / Seronera area before heading south through the Central Serengeti and crossing in the afternoon through Naabi Hill Gate to access teh Ngorongoro Conseravtion Area. Day 11 | Ngorongoro Crater tour After breakfast you descend into the Crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch on the crater Floor. With a bit of luck the Big Five can be spotted during one game drive only. Day 12 | Ngorongoro – Tarangire National Park After breakfast at your lodge at the Crater rim you will be on your way out of the Ngorongoro Conseravtion Area through Loduare Main Gate and drive down the winding road which takes you down the Great Rift Valley wall to the floor of the rift valley. Day 13 | 2nd Day at Tarangire Breakfast at your camp then you will  head out again into the wilderness of the Tarangire National Park for another full day of game drives in the park. Day 02 | Lake Manyara National Park On the second day of your tour, you will have breakfast in the morning and leave for Arusha town where you will do some shopping if you wish and also have a chance to change some money to get local currencies which may be useful in the lodges / tented camps, especially for tipping and paying extras. You will then drive to through the Masai steppe, and into the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park. Day 03 | Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park This morning you will wake up rather early. After breakfast, you will take off to the world-famous Serengeti National Park which is also the oldest and biggest of all parks in Tanzania. You will have a brief stop at Olduvai Gorge where Dr. Louise and his wife, Mary Leakey, made tremendous discoveries of human fossils, the Australopithecus Boisei. This discovery led to the theory by scientists that Africa is the cradle of mankind. You will enter Serengeti via Naabi Hill gate. Day 04 | Full day Serengeti National Park Your Tanzania and Zanzibar honeymoon will continue. On this day, you may decide to do an early morning game drive at day break or relax until after breakfast. After all, you are on holiday. Either way, you may decide on going for game drives in the Serengeti plains or watching the Great Migration of the wildebeests. You may choose to carry a lunch box with you or do a morning session of game drives then relax at your lodge / tented camp for the afternoon. A sunset game drive is a nice way to wind up this day. Alternatively, you can go for a walking safari that resides outside the park. You will have your dinner at Tukaone Serengeti Camp where you will stay for the night. All meals included. Day 05 | Ngorongoro Crater In the morning, you will go to the world’s largest caldera that harbors the greatest concentration of animals in a confinement of its 600-meter-deep walls. After breakfast, you’ll drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will re-enter the conservation Area via Naabi Hill Gate and after some registration formalities at the Descent point, you will go down the breathtaking road to the floor of this world renown ‘world heritage site’ that was declared by UNESCO. Day 06 | Ngorongoro – Arusha After breakfast at the lodge, it is time for you to get a fully paid complimentary massage at the Massage Spa. If you wish to do so, then you will be on your way to Arusha where you will take your flight to the island of Zanzibar. On your arrival, you will be met by the representative who will welcome you to the island and transfer you to the beach hotel. Detailed Itinerary Your safari adventure kicks off with thrilling game drives, guided by our expert naturalists, ensuring close encounters with Africa’s majestic wildlife. From the vast savannahs to the lush landscapes, each moment promises awe and excitement. Day 01 | Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park Pick up from your hotel in Arusha around 08.00 Hrs and transfer to Lake Manyara National Park approximately 2 hours’ drive from Arusha town.  Lake Manyara National park is located at the floor of the Great Rift Valley and the park is measures 330 Km Sq of which 220 Km Sq is the water body and 110 Km Sq is the land. Lake Manyara National Park is usually famous for its legendary tree climbing lions, but it is a park that is rich with wildlife and birdlife alike. You expecte to spot a lot of elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, antelope species, and at the lake you expect to see the hippos, and many aquatic birds including gees and the colouful flamingos. You will be visitin with packed lunch which will be served at one of the picnic sites inside Lake Manyarana National Park. Later in the afternoon you will be transferred to your lodge at Karatu for dinner and overnight. Accommodation is at  Marera Valley Lodge or Country Lodge or similar. Lunch and dinner included. Day 02 | Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park After an early morning breakfast you are off to Serengeti National park. Driving through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will enter the Serengeti via the Naabi Hill gate and go ahead with game viewing en route to the lodge or tented camp. If you are interested; you will have a brief stop at The Olduvai Gorge to witness the excavations of the Leakey’s family who discovered some human fossils of the Australopithecus Boisei, a discovery that led to the belief that indeed first man dwelt in Africa. Your overnight will be at Into Wild Africa Camp or Serengeti Heritage Camp or similar camp in Central Serengeti. All meals included. Camps at Northern Serengeti (near Mara River) can be included for wildebeests migration safari but at a different cost. Day 03 – 04 | Two more days at Serengeti National Park These days are spent at the Serengeti plains doing game drives. Here you have the choice to do the early morning game drives if you so wish. This will give you the chance to see nocturnal species retire from a night out as well as the diurnal majority waking up for a new day. The Serengeti National Park is famous for the wildebeest’s herds and the guide will advise on which areas to explore depending on the time that you will be visiting and the location of the herds. Apart from the wildebeests Serengeti is home for many wild animals and birds. You expect to see many topis, gazelles, zebras, hartebeests, bufallos, elephants, leopards and cheetahs. Serengeti is also home to recorded 500 birds species so abirders haven as well. 02 FB overnight at  at Into Wild Africa Camp or Serengeti Heritage Camp. All meals included. Day 05 | Serengeti – Ngorongoro After breakfast we drive back via the Naabi Hill gate to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On arrival we will descend 600 mts down the Crater wall to the floor of the World’s greatest unbroken Caldera for a wonderful day of game drives. The Ngorongoro Crater is world renowned for the highest concentration of animals and it is here where you get the greatest chance of spotting the Big five in one day. A world biosphere reserve the Crater was declared a world heritage site by the United Nations body UNESCO. Among other animals you will see lions, cheetahs, zebras, warthogs, silver back jackals etc. Later in the afternoon before dark we drive to the Crater rim to check in at Rhino Lodge inside the NCAA or Country Lodge or Marera Valley Lodge at Karatu nearby. All meals included. Day 06 | Tarangire National Park The proceeds starts with a drive to the fifth largest national park in Tanzania which is Tarangire National Park.. With a lunch box carried from Arusha you will have that chance to do game drives the whole day. This day will be spent on the savannah plains in search of wild animals including zebras, elands, impalas, gazelles, and the rare species of Kudus. Large herds of elephants are also one of Tarangire highlights as well as the large baobab trees. Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Karatu where you will check in at a lodge for dinner and overnight. Overnight will be at the Lake Burunge Tented Lodge or similar. All meals included. Day 07 | Tarangire – Back to Arusha Breakfast at your camp / lodge in Tarangire then you will head out to the plains in the Tarangire National Park for one last game drive (if you wish – time allowing). You will then be transferred to Arusha town where the safari ends. You will be dropped at your hotel or you can be dropped at the Arusha Domestic Airport in case you are doing a combined Tanzania Safari with Zanzibar beach extension.
